Build - is a circuit-based strength training class. This full body workout focuses on building muscle. Modifications and amplifications to exercises are offered to make this class truly effective for all abilities. Do this class as a stand-alone or bookend it with Burn for added metabolic conditioning! (30min)

If this is your first time visiting Triangle Rock Club, you must complete a waiver and orientation prior to participating in the class or other climbing activities, including the class.
