Pull-Up Clinic - Pull-ups are a great exercise for upper body strength! Join one of TRC's Fitness Instructors to learn how to get your first pull-up or break through a plateau. Learn how to progress from where you currently are with proper form for injury prevention, better muscle recruitment and stronger climbing!
